Eastside

Biwa & Parasol

Biwa offers a delicious option for Burger Week called the Instagram Burger.  Make sure to tag your burger and share your experience #burgerweek. It is not only beautiful (what, burgers can be beautiful), but also delicious, filled with pickle slaw, tomatoes, and goat cheese. Pair your burger with one of their delicious cocktails, such as the Art Vandalay made with basil, balsamic, wild turkey bourbon, and ginger beer. YUM and see you there.

Spirit of 77

Just a hop-skip-jump away, Spirit of 77 has a lot to offer. For after work drinks and burgers our suggestion is to try the Keith Hernandez’s Mustache burger, named after the legendary baseball players mustache. According to the Portland Mercury, “Spirit of 77 calls this its answer to the McRib”. Maybe you burger-heads will understand.

The Norm burger is another classic choice and made with grilled Oregon Farms sirloin, Tillamook cheddar, heirloom tomatoes, and shredded iceberg lettuce. According to the Portland Mercury, The Norm Burger is a re-creation of Chef Kevin Kennedy’s “He’s recreated the burger he and his father used to get at the classic drive-in a half-mile from their house”.
