David, can you tell us more about ACG-TMC?
ACG-Training Management & Consulting, alongside our technology platform AllSumJobs, focuses on building inclusive workforce pathways—especially in healthcare, senior care, hospitality, and community-based industries. Our work connects education, employers, and community partners to create real career opportunities for people who are often overlooked, while helping employers meet critical workforce needs.

What would you say is ACG-TMC’s mission?
Our mission is to expand access to meaningful careers while strengthening the systems that support our aging population and local communities. We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not—and our work is about closing that gap through training, technology, and partnerships that create long-term economic mobility.

How did you get into your line of work?
My path into this work was shaped by both lived experience and professional training. I grew up watching my mother build successful businesses with very limited resources, which taught me the power of entrepreneurship and resilience. Later, after earning an engineering degree, I found myself drawn to workforce and senior-care systems—places where thoughtful design and human impact intersect. That combination ultimately led me to this work.

What about CENTRL works for you?
Besides the awesome staff of Carmen & Pri, CENTRL creates a rare balance of focus, flexibility, and community. It’s a space where meaningful conversations happen organically—whether with fellow entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, or creatives. That sense of shared purpose and accessibility makes it an ideal environment for collaboration and impact-driven work.

Are there any books or podcasts that have inspired your work?
I’m hooked on Freakonomics! I’m consistently inspired by work focused on systems change, aging with dignity, and equitable economic development. Conversations around intergenerational living, the future of work, and community-centered design strongly influence how we approach our projects.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?
I’m especially excited about projects that bring generations together—connecting young people entering the workforce with older adults and professionals who have deep experience to share. I believe communities are strongest when learning, care, and opportunity flow across generations.
