It’s official: CENTRL is coming to the Bay Area. Our new North Waterfront location opens this February at Waterfront Plaza on Francisco Street.
We’ve been looking for the right opportunity to enter the San Francisco market for a while now and finally found it! This spot gives you proximity to the Financial District, North Beach, and Fisherman’s Wharf, with easy access by car, transit, or bike. If you’re in the area or planning to be, we’d love to see you.

As you know, we’re all about location – and we picked this one for a reason. Waterfront Plaza checks every box. Getting here is easy by car or MUNI, with several bus lines serving the area. Biking in? This is your spot, with designated lanes connecting straight to the Embarcadero path. We’ve got on-site parking and bike storage covered. - Monthly Offices. Private spaces with modern furniture, lockable doors, and quality lighting. Available by the month or year, depending on what works for you.
- Team Suites. Dedicated enterprise spaces combining private offices, desks, and meeting areas for groups up to 55. Configured to fit how your team actually works.
- Day Offices. Fully equipped private offices available weekdays, 9am–5pm. Everything’s set up—just bring your laptop and get started.
- Meeting Rooms. Easy online booking and reservable by the hour or day. Each room includes a monitor with Airtame and HDMI, high-speed wifi, whiteboards, and a conference phone upon request.
- Coworking Spaces. Shared tables in common areas with power outlets and access to all amenities. First come, first served.
