CENTRL Office Local Happy Hour Recommendations

Local After Work Recommendations – Downtown Los Angeles

At CENTRL, we believe a great work environment consists of more than just the physical office where you get your work done. It’s also about taking the time to develop an authentic sense of camaraderie and community within your team. And what better way to get to know your coworkers than grabbing a bite or drink after work?

Fortunately, there are many fantastic hotspots near our Little Tokyo location where you and your coworkers can socialize while supporting a locally owned business. With so many choices in the Arts District, though, we know that deciding where to grab dinner or a drink can sometimes feel overwhelming.

With this in mind, here are a few after work spots we think you’ll like and hope you’ll support.

800 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90013
This place isn’t your average hotdog joint. Wurstküche is an LA staple, with sausages served on a freshly baked roll, including a choice of two toppings and gourmet mustards. With sausage options that include duck & bacon, rattlesnake, and a plain bratwurst, there’s something for everyone. The Belgian fries are very good too (maybe too good).

Wolf & Crane

366 E 2nd St, Los Angeles, CA 90012
Our favorite neighborhood bar in Little Tokyo! This is a great place to stop into after work and sample some of Japan’s finest whiskies. The grey wolf cocktail is amazing — it tastes just like grapefruit, with a tangy bite at the end. Before 8pm the atmosphere is akin to a quiet lounge, but at night it can get packed quickly, so plan accordingly!

La Cha Cha Chá

812 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90013
The ambience alone is reason to visit La Cha Cha Chá. After entering through the green door and climbing the stairs, you enter an open patio with a bar in the center and plenty of tables to space out and enjoy socializing with your friends and coworkers. The service is always on point, and we highly recommend their ceviche and mushroom tacos!

CENTRL Loves Local Businesses

We feel fortunate that our workspace in Little Tokyo is situated in such a uniquely beautiful and vibrant community, fueled by creativity, a collaborative spirit, and entrepreneurship. That’s why we encourage you to support local businesses here in the Arts District. And whether you are looking for the perfect craft beer, taco, or cocktail, always feel free to ask our staff for a recommendation. We’re here to help!
