Local Lunch Recommendations – Downtown Lake Oswego
At CENTRL, we know there’s more to work than just showing up to the office. That’s why we choose locations that are in vibrant, walkable (and bikeable) neighborhoods where a thriving and inspiring entrepreneurial spirit can be felt while simply strolling down the street.
Lucky for us, many of these entrepreneurs not only feed new ideas, they feed people, too. As a result, this is a neighborhood teeming with amazing locally owned lunch spots, many of them steps away from our downtown Lake Oswego location. With so many choices, though, we know that deciding where to grab a bite can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Despite the name, this Lake Oswego staple serves food all day and has a great lunch menu. Their burgers are juicy and seriously flavorful and are made with fresh ingredients. Located in the heart of downtown, they are in a classic looking building with a cute patio to sit outside under the shade of the matching bright blue umbrellas. We think it’s a great place to take a midday break, whether it’s for lunch, to people-watch, or just enjoy some delicious ice cream.

For a bustling, stylish spot with a patio that offers elevated tacos and other Mexican eats (plus original cocktails), Holy Taco is a great choice. They are a family-owned and operated Oswego staple that we encourage you to check out.

Craving not only outstanding food, but an outstanding atmosphere? Check out Manzana’s, where you can sit outside on a spacious deck that overlooks Lake Oswego. The menu includes fresh salmon, burgers, steaks, and grilled vegetables, all prepared on their fire-roasted rotisserie grill. We especially love their housemade veggie burger and oven roasted turkey chop salad.
