Member Spotlight: Drew Kitchen and Billy Messori, Principals at Kime Builders

For the past three years, Drew Kitchen and Billy Messori, Principals at Kime Builders, have called CENTRL Office South Bay their business home. When asked what inspired them to start Kime Builders, they shared, “We’ve always been in Construction Management. We saw an opportunity in the market and decided it was our time to give it a try.”

Drew and Billy both bring years of experience to their work. Drew comes from an engineering background, while Billy brings experience in commercial real estate. Together, they saw a chance to build something new in Southern California’s contracting landscape.

Their goal? “To be a major player in the Southern California commercial general contracting market.” They continue to take on projects across offices, industrial spaces, hospitality, retail, multifamily, restaurants, healthcare, and life sciences.
